Professor Mantzaris delivered a pa
per on the outcomes of then ISI research into the desirability and feasibility of an Anti-Corruption Agency for South Africa. Much emphasis was placed on the need to rebuild trust between the organs of state and the public, without which, the fight against corruption would come to naught.
