Members of the Inclusive Society Institute’s (ISI) research teams into the proposed National Health Insurance for South Africa and Inequality, on Wednesday, 6 July 2022, met with the Deputy Minister of Finance at the offices of the Institute in Cape Town. The purpose of the meeting was for the ISI to present its research findings into these two themes to the Deputy Minister for purposes of broadening and enriching the search for effective and inclusive policy solutions.
